In a single managed web-based application 3CS vSOC provides advanced alerting capabilities, case management, incident response assistance and a full overview of the coverage for the applicable kill chains. Detection capabilities are regularly updated and all findings and workflows are fully adjustable to organizations incident response requirements.
3CS vSOC is also responsible for automatic interactions with clients, providing text-to-speech capabilities to report security incidents as well as speech recognition as the entry point to our Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) procedures.
